Alison Cowzer is the co-founder of East Coast Bakehouse - a new large scale food manufacturing business, and of The Company of Food, as well as an investor and Dragon on RTE’s Dragon’s Den series. Alison has made investments in a number of Irish food SME's, aiming to generate significant return for both the entrepreneurs and investors through equity investment, mentoring and sharing of food industry expertise. Alison also advises a number of NGO's on marketing, branding and strategy projects. She is very passionate about increasing the number of women in politics in Ireland, is a board member of Women for Election and a member of the Advisory Board of GOAL.

Edel Kinane is the Marketing Director at Just Eat. Working with her colleagues on the executive leadership team, Edel has spearheaded the growth and development of Just Eat in Ireland achieving year on year order uplifts in excess of 30% since 2014. Edel’s mix of traditional marketing strategies and social and online activations, have helped to significantly increase brand awareness in Ireland. Before joining Just Eat, Edel was Marketing Manager at Brown Thomas. She also spent time in a below the line agency working on brands such as Pepsi, 7UP and Unilever. Edel was a Marketer of the Year finalist in 2017.

Éibhín Eviston is the Mail Media Business Development Manager at An Post. Having worked in Ireland’s top marketing agencies, such as Target McConnells and Goosebump, Éibhín is equipped with an acute understanding of all facets of strategic marketing and has achieved award-winning results for leading Irish brands. Éibhín joined An Post in 2011. As Engagement Manager, Éibhín has helped deliver value to Ireland’s marketers and agencies through award-winning Direct Marketing campaigns, high quality events and sales meetings, product innovation and online engagement. As Strategic Account Manager, Éibhín has been responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities and achieving sales volume for An Post. Éibhín recently assumed the role of Mail Media Business Development Manager.

Geoff Scully was appointed Managing Director of Shop Direct Ireland Limited t/a Littlewoods Ireland in 2005. Ireland’s leading online department store sells over 40,000 products and offers free delivery and free returns (free shipping) and click and collect to over 1000 stores nationwide. Based in Shop Direct Ireland offices in Blanchardstown, Dublin Geoff manages a staff of 25 across marketing, operations, finance and underwriting. Geoff also advises start up businesses in Ireland. Geoff is passionate about retail, tech, digital, advertising and Manchester United.
Group Head of Commercial, RTE
Geraldine O’Leary has extensive experience in the advertising industry working with agencies such as Brian Cronin and Associates, DDFH&B, Saatchi & Saatchi to Zenith Media. Since joining RTÉ in 1997, Geraldine Manager has held a number marketing positions: Manager Television Sales; Director Sales and Marketing; and Commercial Director. Recently appointed as Group Head of Commercial she is responsible for leading all of the divisional and cross-divisional commercial staff and operations. Geraldine is a Fellow of The Marketing Institute of Ireland, Director of TAM Ireland and a Board Member of both the Council of the Marketing Society and the egta (European Group of Television Advertising).
Marketing Director, Toyota
Michael Gaynor is the Marketing Director at Toyota and Lexus. Michael has held a number marketing positions within Toyota, most recently being promoted to the Board of Directors in 2015 as Marketing Director. Toyota prides itself on being market leader in the motor industry in Ireland, achieving numerous marketing awards along the way. Most recently a Gold award at last year’s Smart Marketing Awards for its “Built for a Better World” Campaign, which has helped Toyota double its Hybrid sales in 2017. Michael is a graduate of NUIG Galway with a BComm and Masters in Marketing.

Nicky Doran is responsible for defining and implementing brand and marketing purpose and strategy for the Davy Group. His role involves working with client focused teams to deliver brand and marketing plans, customer experience, data strategy and the Davy Client events and sponsorship programmes. Prior to joining Davy, Nicky held senior commercial and marketing roles in Bord Gais Energy.
Nicky holds a MSc in Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Company Direction and is also a Qualified Financial Advisor. He is a Fellow of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, a previous Honorary Treasurer of the Marketing Society and a member of The Institute of Directors in Ireland.
Creative lead, The Zoo EMEA for Google; and Editor of Directory
Patrick Collister is an award winning creative. Previous roles include Executive Creative Director and Vice Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather, London; Head of Creative of Google’s creative think-tank the Zoo (2013 - 2018, Northern Europe) as well as Executive Creative Director for a small network of DM agencies. He is the founder and editor of Directory magazine, which showcases innovative ideas in direct marketing from around the world. He also runs marketing and advertising training workshops out of Creative Matters Ltd. He has won many pieces of metal and perspex including Gold Lions from Cannes.
Marketing Director, NCI
Robert Ward is the Marketing Director at the National College of Ireland. NCI has been awarded for its innovative advertising, PR and digital campaigns and the college has grown significantly to a vibrant community of almost 5,000 students. Previous to leading the marketing team at NCI Robert worked in financial services, as Head of Marketing at Roches Stores and with Enterprise Ireland. Robert holds a first class honours degree in Marketing, an MBA and postgraduate qualifications in Executive Coaching.
CEO, Sunday Business Post
Siobhán Lennon is the CEO of Sunrise Media, the holding company for The Sunday Business Post newspaper and Webprint, overseeing all aspects of the businesses.
Highly experienced in the media industry, Siobhán was Commercial Director of The Sunday Business Post for over 3 years before being appointed CEO in December 2016.
She joined the company in 2013 from media agency MEC, where she headed up MEC Access. Previously, Siobhán worked with News International in a number of senior positions, including Group Client Service Director. She recently joined the board of the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland and is also a representative member of NME – News Media Europe Advisory Council.
